I got into this business because I saw a real gap. When people in Tucson needed a standby generator installed or serviced, they couldn't find someone who treated it like their own home. That was in May 2008. I had the license, the knowledge, and the patience to do it right.
Those first installations taught me what mattered most. It wasn't speed. It wasn't cutting corners. Families wanted someone who understood that a generator isn't just another appliance — it's peace of mind when the grid fails. Every project had to work flawlessly, because when someone loses power, they're counting on you.
Over time, we expanded what we offer. Service upgrades and new electrical panels came naturally because people asked for them, and we had the foundation to do them right. But the core stayed the same: show up, do excellent work, and be licensed and insured because that's how you respect the people trusting you with their homes.
